Duty-free at Keflavik Airport - Best Secret ever for beer lovers!
Use the Duty-Feee at Keflavik airport!!
We tend to not take a long time at the Duty-Free stores all over the world but, i cant say the same about the Duty Free store of Keflavik Airport. For souvenirs, food… it’s the same thing, you can find cheaper or at the same price at the city but, due to the big taxes that exists in Iceland, Alcohol and Tabaco are much cheaper that outside the airport.
I’m not telling that compensates to buy alcohol and Tabaco when you are returning to your home country (for shore there it will be much cheaper) but, when you are arriving, I can promise you that it wood be much more cheaper that outside the airport. We don’t smoke and, we didn’t buy wine but, I always love to tried different beers and, in Iceland, it’s always close to €8 a beer so, I can guarantee that compensates to buy beer at the airport. And, because its usually cold outside, you can save it at the back of your car and its always good to go. The shop is 24hours open and you can easily find it after you collect your baggage’s.
